preventing your email from getting spam mails is some thing one should take note of.this is because we engage our self in online activities like registration with an unknown site, free stuff to be sent to your emails, sharing of email with friends etc. without considering the junk emails you may receive. so one should maintain a free spam email account by preventing it from

mailinator.mailinator is a free junk mail provider that will allow you to use their service email to do any form filling or registration online in other to prevent your email from being spam.so if you use a junk mail service to fill a form or registration, they will send the message to the junk email then you can now decide to forward it to your email if you choose to forward it.
NOTE:any message that is sent to that junk mail will be deleted within 24hours by the junk mail service provider to free the email for other people to use, so should in case you have an important message in the spam mail,you can forward it to your yahoo or gmail account immediately.so any time you want to use a spam mail, just visit
mailinator.com to get one.it does not require any registration.
