recently i tried to login into my
yahoo mail on mobile phone only to get an error message saying
we're sorry that you are having difficulty logging in, please try our desktop logging screen and then try login again from our mobile login screen from yahoo mobile. i did as they said but still having the same problem.i got annoyed with it as well as you and try to figure out some thing.
at the end of series of trial and error, i was able to resolve the
yahoo mail mobile logging error problem using my mobile phone. so if you are having same problem login into your mail from mobile device like
blackberry,
iPhone,
android,
Nokia phone,
Sony Ericson etc, then this post will guide you on
how to resolve yahoo mobile login problem.
i will recommend you use either operamini 4.2, 5, 6 or higher version.you can download it from their official page

so how do i solve yahoo mobile login problem on my mobile phone
==> lunch your mobile browser and type this in the URL bar without the www
edit.yahoo.com. It will open the desktop version to edit your ymail account.
==> insert your ymail id and password and click login,a popup window will open asking you to type the captcha image,type it and click continue.when you do that, it will log you in.you can then decide whether to edit your profile or continue to your mail box.
which ever you do, you have resolve the problem and your yahoo mail is back and functioning on your mobile phone.that's all.ENJOY.

ReplyDeletehi. i came across this post in search of answers to the same problem. however, my login problem resulted in a password change via web. what i did to resolve it was to delete my yahoo account from my mobile and added it back using the updated password. problem solved! but if i ever have the same problem not due to a pw change, i will come back to this post. thanks!

ReplyDeleteHi, thanks, it opened without the www. But am unable to resolve the issue yet. It return me to the same page after typing in my ID and password. Kept re-entering my details and it kept returning the login page. C'ld it be the version of opera being used?

@anonymous, just keep trying each day after given it some time.i also do have this same problem at times.it keeps bringing me back to the same page.what i usually do is to close the operamini for that day and try it later the next day.

ReplyDelete@ige, probably you added the www.it should be edit.yahoo.com and not www.edit.yahoo.com.it will keep showing page not found if you add www.

ReplyDeleteOkay I tired over n over again and it kept bringing me back to d same page after I enter my user name and password. Doesn't work for me, even gave it weeks interval nothing still works. What am I doing wrong?
