creating a cname record to change mobstac to m.yoursite.com
is a cool way of giving your site a professional look.not only that it makes it professional, it also enables you to insert google adsense to your blogger mobile version running mobstac script.without changing it, your site mobile view can not be able to feature adsense.so today i am going to share with you on how to create a cname for mobstac to (m.yoursite.com)
i know so many of you may think this is difficult to do, its not.since you have a custom domain name
, you can do it without any difficulty.just follow the step below to get it done.
how to use custom domain for mobstac on blogger blog (m.site.com)
==> visit your domain host website, then login.currently my website domain is running on web4africa
, so i am going to use it as example.
==> after login to your account, go to your DNS MANAGEMENT
in the HOST NAME option box, insert M
for the RECORD TYPE option box, choose CNAME.
for the ADDRESS option box, insert yoursite.mobstact.com e.g gurubest.mobstac.com.then save it.
==> now go to your blogger dashboard, click on design=>html
. change yoursite.mobstac.com
from the mobstac script
under the <head>.
now login to your mobstac account and click on settings.scroll down to CNAME and add M in the box, then save it.that's all.visit your site on mobile, you will notice the url will be m.site.com instead of site.mobstac.com.
