before paying for the phone or if you have paid for it already, just open google play store and download an app called CPU Z.it's a small app that is not up to 1mb.
after downloading it, open the app, scroll to system.there you will see the details of the phone like manufacturer,you may see samsung as the manufacturer, but the hardware will tell the difference.just check the hardware, if you see something like mediatek MTK65XX.that means the samsung galaxy is fake.
if its not too late, you can go and return the phone and sak for refund.that's all, ENJOY.
