==> Download Es file Explorer to your android phone if you don't have
launch it and click on the menu botton, you will see a list of menu item, click on TOOLS=APPMANAGER, there you will see all the apps you have installed on your android phone or device, just long press it to select.you can select more apps to backup.
==> after selecting, click on BACKUP at the bottom of the app.instantly, you will see a success message that the selected apps have been backed up on your android phone SD Card.
==> to see your backed up apps, go to your SD CARD , you will see a folder called backups, open it, there you will see all the apps you back up
