how to enable confirm to delete option in windows 8.if you are new to windows 8, there are so many changes on the operating system you will have to deal with and get used to especially the display graphics and other features.recently i was working on someones new laptop PC which came with windows 8 operating system and i was performing a delete task, trying to delete a particular file but end up deleting the wrong file because it did not bring up confirm to delete window for me to click yes or No before actually deleting the file like it used to be on windows vista,windows 7 operating system.
i had to go to the recycle bin folder to restore the file back.normally on most of the operating system like windows vista, windows 7, when you are deleting a file, it was suppose to bring up a confirm to delete window dialog option asking if you are sure that you want to delete the file which you have to click on either Yes Or No option to decide if actually you intend to delete the particular file to avoid deleting the wrong file.well, in windows 8 operating, the confirm to delete option is not available by default and that sucks.i don't know why Microsoft decide to Disable the confirm to delete option on windows 8 operating system but maybe they have their own reasons for removing the option.nonetheless, you can still fix it.today i will share with you on how to enable the confirm to delete option on windows 8 operating system

==> right click on recycle bin icon on your desktop and choose property, then tick the small box that says " display delete confirmation dialog" and then click apply and OK it
